5. Website Development Services
CyboWeb Technologies provides website development, web application development, e-commerce development, software development, maintenance, performance optimization, and related digital services.
Project requirements, deliverables, timelines, pricing, payment terms, and other commercial conditions may be agreed upon separately through a proposal, quotation, statement of work, purchase order, email confirmation, or service agreement.
A project will generally begin after the required approval, confirmation, deposit, or advance payment has been received, where applicable.
Final deliverables will be provided according to the agreed project scope. Any work requested outside the agreed scope may be treated as additional work and may be subject to additional charges and timelines.
6. Client Responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, content, images, branding materials, credentials, approvals, and other resources reasonably required to complete the project.
CyboWeb Technologies will not be responsible for delays caused by the client’s failure to provide required information, approvals, access, content, or feedback within a reasonable timeframe.
The client is also responsible for ensuring that materials supplied to CyboWeb Technologies do not infringe the intellectual property, privacy, or other legal rights of third parties.
7. Website Handover and Support
Unless an ongoing maintenance or support package has been agreed upon separately, the website or project will be considered completed and handed over once the agreed deliverables have been provided.
Future maintenance, updates, technical support, hosting management, security monitoring, content updates, or development work may require a separate support agreement or additional charges.
CyboWeb Technologies is not responsible for issues resulting from unauthorized modifications, third-party software, hosting changes, plugins, integrations, credentials being compromised, or actions performed by persons other than CyboWeb Technologies or its authorized representatives.
8. Search Engine Optimization and Promotion
CyboWeb Technologies may provide SEO-friendly development, technical SEO implementation, website optimization, or related services when included in the agreed scope.
However, we do not guarantee specific search engine rankings, traffic levels, leads, conversions, or business results.
Search engine rankings and visibility are controlled by search engines and can change due to algorithms, competition, industry conditions, website changes, and other factors outside our control.
Ongoing SEO, digital marketing, advertising, or promotional services may require a separate agreement.
9. Payment Terms
A deposit or advance payment may be required before work begins.
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, invoices issued by CyboWeb Technologies are payable within the payment period specified on the invoice or agreed proposal.
If an invoice remains unpaid after the agreed due date, CyboWeb Technologies may suspend or delay services until outstanding amounts are resolved.
Additional charges, including applicable late-payment charges, may apply where such charges have been agreed in the applicable proposal, contract, or invoice and are permitted by applicable law.
10. Third-Party Services
Projects may depend on third-party services, platforms, APIs, hosting providers, payment gateways, plugins, themes, software libraries, domain registrars, cloud providers, or other external services.
CyboWeb Technologies is not responsible for outages, policy changes, pricing changes, service interruptions, security incidents, limitations, or failures caused by third-party providers.
Where third-party services require separate subscriptions or payments, those costs are generally the responsibility of the client unless otherwise agreed in writing.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CyboWeb Technologies will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or business losses arising from the use of our website or services, including loss of profits, revenue, business opportunities, data, or anticipated savings.
