#Event sign-up on every event page

The event pages have a CAFE group "Event" with venue (Text), starts (Date Time) and event_code (Text). One form is placed on every event page.

1. Add a Hidden field "Event" with the default value {cafe:event_code}.
2. Confirmation: Thanks! See you at {cafe:venue} on {cafe:starts}.
3. Admin notification subject: New sign-up for {cafe:event_code}.

Every entry now knows which event it belongs to, and the visitor sees the details of the page they signed up on.

#Branch picker from a Settings Page

A Settings Page "Company" has a Collection branches with the sub-field city (Text).

1. Add a Drop Down field "Branch".
2. Choices from CAFE → Items of "Branches" (City).
3. Keep one choice in the form's own list ("Head office") as the fallback.

Add a branch on the Settings Page and every form shows it at once.

#Same options in CAFE and the form

The CAFE group "Property" has a Select province. A request form should offer the same provinces and save the answer back.

1. Add a Drop Down "Province" with Choices from CAFE → Choices of "Province".
2. In the CAFE feed, map Province (CAFE) to the Drop Down.

The answer is the CAFE value, so it saves without any conversion.

#Profile form for members

The CAFE group "Profile" is shown on user profiles (location rule: user role) with bio (Textarea), skills (Checkbox) and photo (Image).

1. Make the form only for logged-in users (Form Settings → Restrictions → Require user to be logged in).
2. Add a Paragraph Text, a Checkboxes field with Choices from CAFE → Choices of "Skills", and a File Upload.
3. CAFE feed: Save to → The profile of the logged-in user who sends the form; map Bio, Skills and Photo.

#Job applications as posts

A custom post type "Application" has the CAFE group "Application" with applicant_email (Email), start_date (Date), cv (File) and portfolio (Gallery).

1. Add Email, Date, a File Upload "CV" and a File Upload "Portfolio" with "Enable Multi-File Upload".
2. CAFE feed: Save to → A new post, Post type Application, Status Pending review, Post title {Name:1} for {cafe:job_title}.
3. Map the four fields.

Every application becomes a pending post with the CV and portfolio in the media library, ready to review in wp-admin.
